What data we collect

For the company account: name, contact details and business registration information. For each worker: name, contact info, schedules, clock-in/out records (date/time), and — only when a worker clocks in from the web or a location-enabled device — the geographic location at the moment of clock-in/out, and, if the company has enabled it, a photo ("selfie") of that moment.

Location and clock-in photos — special handling

GPS location and punch photos are sensitive data. They're used only to verify that a clock-in happened at the workplace (geofencing) and as a reference in case of a dispute over a record. They are not used for continuous tracking — location is recorded only at the moment of clock-in/out/break, not continuously through the day.

Where data is hosted

Each company's data is kept in a single database, logically separated from other companies, on infrastructure within the European Union. The exact server location will be published once the service goes live in production.

Who sees what

A worker sees only their own data. A manager/HR/Team Lead sees data for workers within their scope (department/company), according to the role assigned by the company's administrator. We, as the service provider, do not access a company's data except for technical support, on request or with prior notice.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept for as long as the company account is active. On the company administrator's request, data is exported (CSV/Excel) and/or deleted within 30 days, except where the law requires longer retention (e.g. payroll records for tax purposes).

Analytics

This site uses minimal analytics, with no tracking cookies and no personal identification — only anonymous visit counts and clicks on the main buttons (see the full event list on our stats page, once published). We do not share data with third-party ad networks.
